We accept returns for all items except final sale and swim within 14 days of delivery in original condition and provide prepaid return shipping labels. Shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees will be deducted from the total refund. Customs charges are determined at the discretion of each country and are outside of our control. Shipping takes 5-8 working days excluding customs.
